How long are the Live Workshops?
Our live workshops run for 2 hours. Each session is designed to be highly focused while allowing time for interaction and Q&A.
How do I enrol in a live workshop?

Will I be able to interact with the instructor?
Yes. Our live workshops are fully interactive — you can ask questions, share insights, and participate in discussions in real time.
What if I can’t attend at the scheduled time?
We understand schedules can change. If you are not able to attend, please reach out to us and you may have the optioin to reschedule to another date and time, reserve your slot, or view recording etc.
Are the workshops suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Each workshop clearly states the recommended experience level, but most are designed to be accessible to professionals without deep technical backgrounds.
How do I join a live workshop after booking?
Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom (or equivalent platform) link, along with any pre-session resources and/or instructions.
Do you offer private or corporate sessions?
Yes. We can customise live workshops for teams, departments, or entire organisations — including tailored content and flexible scheduling.
Do I have to take an exam after the workshop?
No, the exam is optional. You can choose between completing an assessment to earn a Certificate of Achievement or receiving a Certificate of Attendance without an exam.
What’s the format of the exam?
The assessment is an MCQ-based test with 20–25 questions, a 45-minute time limit, and a 65% passing score. You can make up to 3 attempts to pass.
What’s the benefit of taking the exam?
Passing the exam earns you a Certificate of Achievement, showcasing your skills and understanding of the workshop content — a valuable addition to your resume or LinkedIn profile.
Will I receive a certificate upon completion of a live workshop?
Yes. You’ll receive a digital certificate for every Live Workshop you attend.
How soon can I start applying what I learn?
Immediately. Every session is designed to deliver practical skills you can implement in your work right away.
Section 2: On-Demand Courses
How long does it take to complete an on-demand course?
Each course is designed for 2–4 hours of total learning time, but you’re free to spread it out over multiple sessions according to your schedule.
How long do I have access to an On-Demand course after purchase?
You get lifetime access to the course materials, so you can revisit them anytime to refresh your skills.
Can I learn at my own pace?
Yes — all on-demand courses are designed for flexible, self-paced learning. You can start, pause, and resume whenever it suits you.
How do I register for the On-Demand Courses?
Simply browse our current course offerings and select the one you’d like to do. Purchase using Credit/Debit card or Paypal, and you’re good to go.
Do I need to create an account to purchase or access courses?
Yes — creating a free RSU account is required to register for workshops, access your learning materials, track your progress, and download your certificates.
Is there a time limit to complete the on-demand courses?
No, on-demand courses are intended to provide you with complete flexibility. This allows learners to proceed at their own pace, fitting the coursework into their schedule as needed. However, it’s always a good idea to set personal goals to ensure timely progress through the material.
Is there an exam for on-demand courses?

Is there an installment or payment plan option?
Currently, we require full payment at the time of registration. For high-value corporate bookings, please contact us to discuss flexible arrangements.
